Glass lined reactor has two kinds of structure: K type,i.e.open type,that is to say: the cover and body is singly and connected by clips and gasket; F type,i.e.closed type,that is to say the cover and body is whole.On the cover,there are agitating hole, sight hole,light hole,manhole,and another different size nozzles to connect the needed pipes and fittings; On the body, it is equipped the Jacket to heaing or cooling the mediums inside the vessel,on the Jacket there are a few related nozzles to inlet or outlet the heating or cooling materials;On the bottom of the body there is one nozzle to discharge the mediums afer reacting and the drain valve equipped here.Through the agitating hole,the agitating system equipped:the electric motor,the reducer,the seal,the agitator,by the agitating system to agitating the mediums inside the vessel to mix the mediums and speed up the reacting speed.For knowing about the working temperature of the mediums in reacting process,the thermowell pocket with the thermometer put inside; for knowing about the working pressure, the pressure guge equipped on the nozzle of the cover;for knowing about the PH value of the material, the PH meter (acidometer)can be equipped.
